Spare Parts

Howden supplies spare parts for all fan, blower, compressor, heat exchanger and other air & gas handling equipment it has sold.  These are supplied throughout the world to the 100 countries where our products are installed.

The handling of spares, from initial enquiry through to shipping, is carried out by our highly knowledgeable and experienced staff. Crucially, we have access to the specification and maintenance history of each installation. We not only ensure that the replacement sent out is correct in every aspect, but where appropriate also advize on new technologies and developments that may be relevant.

From our knowledge of the installation, we can also help to plan future needs, recommending a list of parts to stock or replace, or suggesting upgrades that will improve economy or performance based on the maintenance records.

The advantages of using experienced Howden personnel to carry out the fitting of new parts are also clear. Our site engineers are skilled in replacing or upgrading these parts with the minimum of downtime.

We stock a number of spares for some of the air & gas handling equipment we have supplied. A service that can come in useful in the case of an unscheduled outage.
