Customer support 
We have a group of highly skilled application engineers focusing on customer support around the country. They carry out regular visits to help the customer with any operational or maintenance problems they may have.  We offer a wide range of customer training including safe operation, routine inspection, and maintenance. In addition we also provide a 24 hour emergency service. 

Technical services
Our solution engineering section offers a wide range of technical services including vibration analysis, bearing inspection and maintenance, laser alignment, in situ balancing, fan and air heater inspections, fan performance testing, and air heater leakage testing.

Site management and maintenance
We have a team of service engineers who have many years of experience in supervising site erection, commissioning and maintenance for air heaters and fans. They are equipment with advanced portable equipment including the latest balancing machine and vibration analyzer, laptop computers with general purpose software plus industry standard planning packages. Our service engineers received special training in the construction and operation of all Howden’s product range. They are very familiar with health, safety and environmental protection regulations.
